Refund policy
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to change your mind and request a refund, subject to the following conditions:
In France, our team will send you a return label for €8.90, which will be deducted from your refund. In Europe and the rest of the world, you must ship your return at your own expense. There are no return shipping costs on our side. In the event of a return, shipping costs, if initially free, will be charged to the customer.
For a full or partial return, if shipping was initially free, the customer will be responsible for the cost. In France, €6.90 will be deducted; in Europe, for UPS and DHL, €10.90 will be deducted from your refund.
If you paid for reduced shipping costs, the amount offered will be deducted. Please read shipping policy.
- All returned products must be new, unused, and in their original condition and packaging at the time of return. Products showing signs of wear will not be refunded.
Earrings: For hygiene reasons, jewelry that has been worn or tried on will automatically be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- When one of your jewelry items was part of a bundle promotion (e.g., a 3-for-1 offer), the entire bundle must be returned to receive a full refund.
- We will also not accept any returned packages for which there is no information to identify the sender (name, surname, address, order number).
- We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
- We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged.
To make a return request:
- Go to https://sunsociety.returnscenter.com/
- Enter your order number and email address to get started.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and an email containing a return label.
You have 5 days to ship your jewelry. Please note: the shipping date is the determining factor. We will systematically refuse any package shipped more than 5 days after the return request date.
- Your refund will be processed upon receipt of your return, within a maximum of 7 days. The refund will be processed through the payment method you used.
Important: If you receive a return authorization, please ship your jewelry within the specified timeframe so that we can process the refund within 7 days of receiving the package. If we do not hear from you within this timeframe, your return will be automatically canceled.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Our warranty lasts 30 days. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We are not liable for any losses incurred by the customer. We do not issue refunds or credits for jewelry lost in everyday use.
Our jewelry is precious and therefore fragile. We advise you to wear it in your ears as often as possible and store it in its pouch when you take it off. We are not responsible for any breakage. We do not issue refunds or credits for jewelry breakage if it occurs 30 days after the purchase date.
SHIPPING
- If you have not received your package after 30 days and your tracking indicates that it has still not been delivered, we will refund your order. Please contact our customer service at hey@sunsociety.fr
- If you chose delivery without signature, we are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages for which the carrier confirms delivery. Delivery.
- For deliveries to a pickup point, the package must be opened and checked before signing. Once the customer has signed, no claims will be accepted.
