IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- No changes to an order (address, product, shipping method) are possible once payment has been validated. Please check your details before confirming.
- Once the carrier marks the parcel as delivered, Sun Society's responsibility ends. No refund can be issued in the event of theft or loss after delivery.
- Deliveries may take place at any time of day, between 8 am and 6 pm, with no guaranteed time slot.
- During peak periods (holidays, sales…), delivery times may be longer.
- In the event of force majeure (bad weather, strikes, blockades), delays or temporary suspensions may occur.
