Are the jewels precious?
Yes ! We only work with precious metals: all our jewelry is made of 925 silver. The gold versions are covered with a thick layer of gold by a process called 'Galvanization'. We are lucky to work with one of the best galvanizing workshops in Paris.
Are your materials ethical?
Since our creation, we have chosen to use recycled silver. This means that instead of the silver used for our creations being mined specifically for jewelry, old computer parts, old jewelry, old electronics that no longer have a use are processed. The silver was extracted from these post-consumer products, purified and smelted back to its original state (removing any alloy metals it may have mixed with along the way). By choosing recycled sterling silver, we significantly reduce our impact on the environment and hope to continue to democratize a new way of sourcing metals, hoping that this practice will become a standard in the jewelry industry.
