Refund policy
You have 20 days from the date of your order to change your mind and request a refund under certain conditions:
Our team will send you a return label with a cost of €6.90, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

All returned products must be new, unused, and in their original condition and packaging at the time of return. Products showing signs of wear will not be refunded.

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn or tried on will automatically be returned.

Return shipping costs are solely the responsibility of the customer.

If any of your items were part of a promotional offer (e.g., buy 3 items and get 1 free), the entire set must be returned to receive a full refund.

Packages returned without identifiable information (name, address, order number) will not be processed.

We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.

We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged.
To request a return:
- Visit our returns center at https://sunsociety.returnscenter.com/
- Enter your order number and email address to start the process.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and a return label via email.
You have 5 days to ship your items. Note: the shipping date is decisive. We will systematically refuse any package shipped more than 5 days after the return request date.
- Your refund will be processed upon receipt of your return within a maximum of 7 days. It will be issued through the payment method you used.
Note: If you receive return approval, please ship your items within the given timeframe so we can process your refund within 7 days of receiving the packages. If we do not hear from you after this period, your return will be automatically canceled.
Defective or Damaged Items
Our warranty lasts 30 days. If you receive a product with defects, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
We are not liable for any loss suffered by the customer. We do not issue refunds or credits for lost jewelry in everyday use.
Our jewelry is precious and therefore delicate. We advise keeping it on as much as possible and storing it in its pouch when not in use. We are not responsible for breakage. We do not issue refunds or credits for breakage occurring more than 30 days after the purchase date.
Shipping

If you have not received your package after 30 days and the tracking indicates it is still not delivered, we will refund your order. Please contact our customer service at hey@sunsociety.fr.

If you chose delivery without a signature, we accept no responsibility for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

For deliveries to pick-up points, the package must be opened and checked before signing. No claims will be accepted after customer signature validation.
